To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in USD (United States Dollars) to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that returned products must be shipped back to us at your own expense, unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.
